FEEL LIKE YOU’RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH?
Feel like you’re not good enough? Feel like no matter what you do or how much you do something it’s never enough? Feel like you want to “shoot for the stars” to be seen and accepted, but no matter how much you strive, it's like you never get there? Feel like you just want to be enough for someone to tell you sincerely how proud they are of you and that they see you?
Reality is, almost every human has experienced these feelings at some point in their lives. Oftentimes we feel like we aren’t enough. We doubt ourselves, live off limiting beliefs, don’t see our own self-worth, and try being something we are not just to fit in.
Maybe somewhere across our path someone told us something about ourselves and we accepted it as our truth, maybe we started comparing ourselves to others, maybe we saw our flaws and didn’t love them. But we do know at some point we started having this self-doubt and at times it gets so loud in our own head we feel like we’re never going to get what we want.

I’m here to tell you this is all OK! It’s part of life and the human experience. What determines if it is ok or not, after this, is what you do with it. YOU ARE SO POWERFUL! You have the power today to change from here on out and not let this “feeling of not being good enough” run the course of your life. At the end of the day, it’s just a feeling. A feeling that you don’t have to accept as truth.
You are a spiritual being. What does that mean? You have this internal soul that is truly limitless. You have this source of energy inside of you that is the ultimate stem of your true power. When you begin to tap into this, you start understanding your power and shifting your perspective of this world. You begin to create access to your light and understand your true value. You already entered this Earth winning. You “beat” thousands of other sperm cells to get to the egg. Do you understand how valuable that is? The second you took your first breath you were winning.
“YOU ALREADY ENTERED THIS EARTH WINNING. YOU ‘BEAT’ THOUSANDS OF OTHER SPERM CELLS TO GET TO THE EGG…THE SECOND YOU TOOK YOUR FIRST BREATH YOU WERE WINNING.”
When you have moments of doubt, remember “you get” to live this life! You get to breathe in fresh air, you get to go to school, you get to go to work, you get to raise a family, you get to spend time with yourself.
This life is soooooooooo beautiful and we are here in this human form to experience it. No one else in this world can be you. Not even a twin. Do you know how powerful that is? You were created once and cannot be recreated. That is pure magic.
Why would you spend this unique life, trying to be something you’re not? Because of society? Because someone told you to? Because you don’t value yourself? I want you to know you are worthy, you are enough, you are complete.

You just have to stop be-“lie”-ving lies that were fed to you and accepting them as truth. You were created with this incredible life force inside of you that is meant to radiate and shine in the purest form. This life is too short to be anything but you.
Now look in the mirror and tell yourself, “I am enough.”
