THANK YOU
Do you ever take the time to appreciate the little things? To appreciate you waking up in the morning? To appreciate the sun that shines light on you? To appreciate your body working for you on a regular basis? To appreciate your very existence? To appreciate the air you breathe? To appreciate the people in your life? To appreciate your very own smile?
Sometimes life is going by so fast, and there’s so many distractions that we simply forget to take a second to give thanks for the “simplest things.” We’re on autopilot and our human side craves more and more, and oftentimes we don’t put it on our to do list to say THANK YOU!
“THANK YOU ARE TWO WORDS THAT HAVE SO MUCH SIGNIFICANCE.”
Thank you are two words that have so much significance. Giving thanks to the universe, to yourself, to your loved ones creates such a positive environment around you. The more thanks you give, the more life lights up.
Personally, I remember wishing for all that I currently have in my life right now. I was so focused on the next thing, that I didn’t stop to appreciate all that I currently have. And once I made that switch of giving thanks daily, the world seemed to shift around me. My conversations become more meaningful, my joy for life became more expansive, my relationships became fuller, my heart opened up, my energy vibrated higher. Sometimes in the smallest shifts, we see the greatest impact.

Will we have “off days?” Yes. Will we be ragged with emotional days? Yes. Will we want to throw pity party days? Yes. But in all those days, there’s still always something to be grateful for. Even if it’s just the chance that you get to have those moments. Life is filled with some of the most beautiful things! The question is… Where are you focusing your attention?
“THE QUESTION IS… WHERE ARE YOU FOCUSING YOUR ATTENTION?”
The attitude of gratitude is real. And when you start applying it your life, you will see the shifts. Tip: If you’re having a bad day, stop and say five things you are grateful for in that present moment. Shift your mindset to see the beauty in the dark moment. When you start practicing the power of THANK YOU, you will see it’s rewards. The universe isn’t here to fight with you, it’s here to work with you. You are a special individual, no one in this world like you exists. Be thankful for that each and every day! You are unique, kind, real, human. Appreciate the daily things in your life. Appreciate the moments that make your heart skip a beat, appreciate the air you breathe, appreciate your ability to make choices, appreciate you.
